About Cashli
Cashli and cashli.app are provided by Vitalii Kozachenko. Contact info@cashli.app for support. These terms describe use of the website and Cashli services. For the iOS application, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
What the app does
Cashli helps you record expenses, income and manually entered balances, plan spending and divide shared bills. It is not a bank, payment provider, investment broker, tax adviser or financial adviser. Recording a payment or marking a debt settled does not transfer money. Make payments outside Cashli and confirm receipt with the other person.
Check entries, currency, receipt recognition and split calculations before relying on them. Receipt recognition can make mistakes. Website amounts, names, charts and product previews are illustrative examples.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password and recovery code private, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Your email is a sign-in identifier and is not a guarantee of verified identity. If someone else may have accessed your account, contact us. You are responsible for choosing what you share and with whom.
Cashli is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement in your country, use Cashli only with the permission and supervision required by law.
Sharing responsibly
Do not use Cashli for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, security attacks or infringement of others’ rights. Do not upload another person’s private information without an appropriate basis. Shared participants can view information you choose to share, and their own records may outlast your participation.
Report abuse or a disputed account to info@cashli.app. We may restrict misuse or access that threatens other users or the service, subject to applicable law. Cashli does not adjudicate whether a personal debt is legally owed.
Availability and data
Online accounts, synchronization and collaboration need an internet connection and an available service. Offline records synchronize after connectivity returns, and conflicting changes may require your choice. Keep exports of important records. Exported ledger files do not include all receipt photos.
We may maintain, update or change features. Store listings describe the version available for your device. No subscription, purchase or paid feature is created by using this website. Any future paid offer will disclose its price and conditions before purchase.
Your content and privacy
You retain rights to your own content. You allow Cashli to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service and sharing choices you request. Our Privacy Policy describes processing, retention and deletion.
Cashli branding and app materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Apple, iPhone, Android and Google Play belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement.
Ending use and resolving issues
You may stop using Cashli and delete your account from My account. Export records you need first. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory warranties or any right to bring a claim in a forum available under mandatory consumer law.
For a problem or complaint, contact info@cashli.app with enough detail for us to investigate, without sending passwords or full financial records. Material changes will be published with an updated date, with additional notice where required.
